For residential roofing companies
Andres Automates is an AI front desk for roofing companies. It answers your inbound calls, captures the job details, routes urgent and insurance situations to a person, and hands your office an organized lead instead of a missed number.
Call audio is never recorded. Every call opens with a spoken notice that it may be transcribed.
A homeowner with water coming through the ceiling calls the next company on the list about ninety seconds after your line rings out. The lead was never bad — it was just unanswered.
How it works
Three steps, running on every inbound call — including the ones that arrive at 9pm on a Saturday.
The assistant picks up and holds a natural conversation with the homeowner. Its first sentence says it is an AI assistant and that the call may be transcribed. A text transcript of the conversation is kept for your team; the audio is never recorded.
It asks only what actually changes what happens next — never a diagnostic interrogation:
Fixed rules — not the assistant's judgement — decide where the call goes: an inspection offered from your configured availability, a callback arranged for your team, an emergency pushed straight to a person, a commercial enquiry handed over, or a polite decline when the address is genuinely outside your area.
The platform
Not a transcript to read. Not a voicemail to decode. Each lead arrives with the job details, a plain-language summary and one clear next step — urgent work first.

Built for roofing
The assistant treats them differently, because the right next step is different. These are the situations it recognizes today.
Gets the property, the roof's rough age and who can authorize the work, then moves toward an inspection.
Captures what is actually wrong in the homeowner's own words, plus how soon they need it handled.
An active leak or a stated emergency is flagged the moment it is mentioned and pushed to the top of your list.
Records what the homeowner says about their claim as their report — never as fact — and gets the call to a person early.
Recognized as commercial and routed to a person instead of being pushed down a residential path.
Declines politely — but only when the address genuinely proves it. An unfamiliar town is treated as a question, not a rejection.
Andres Automates does not assess insurance coverage, value or negotiate a claim, or act as an adjuster. Anything a homeowner says about their claim is stored and shown as their report.
Straight answers
We are early, and we would rather you hear this from us than find it out in week two. There are no customer logos or performance numbers on this site because we have not earned them yet.
See it work
The most useful thing we can show you is the product doing the job. On a short call we'll walk a homeowner enquiry through it end to end.

Questions roofers ask
No. It answers the calls nobody can get to, gathers the details, and hands your team an organized lead. Anything that needs judgement — insurance situations, commercial work, an unhappy caller, an emergency — is routed to a person rather than handled by the assistant.
An active leak or a stated emergency is detected during the call by fixed rules, not by the assistant's discretion. The lead is flagged as an emergency and sits at the top of your dashboard with a plain instruction to call now.
The assistant collects the basics and what the homeowner says about their claim, then moves the call toward a human callback early. Everything the homeowner states about coverage, adjusters or approvals is stored and displayed as their report. Andres Automates does not assess coverage, value a claim, advise on a claim or deal with an insurer.
Yes. When a caller asks for someone, or the situation needs a person, the assistant arranges a callback and your dashboard shows the request with the reason and the window the homeowner asked for. Warm transfer straight into your line is built but deliberately switched off until we turn it on with you.
It offers real time slots generated from the office hours you configure, and it can only offer those — a caller asking for a time that was not offered is told no. Today the booking is recorded for your team to confirm and add to your calendar; the dashboard says so on every booking. Two-way sync with Google Calendar or Outlook is not live yet.
The same thing that happens at 10am. The assistant answers, gathers the details and files the lead, so your team starts the morning with the overnight calls already organized instead of a list of missed numbers.
You keep your number. Calls are forwarded to the assistant, so homeowners dial exactly what is on your trucks and your yard signs.
No. Nothing is recorded — there is no audio stored anywhere in the system. Before any transcription begins the caller is told the call uses an automated assistant and has to press 1 to continue. If they decline, the call ends politely and no lead is created.
Not today. Automated texting is built but switched off while our messaging registration is pending, and we will not turn it on for your company without telling you.
Faster answers, the job details captured while the homeowner is still talking, and a team that knows exactly who to call back first.
