Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Andres Automates website or platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.

2. What Andres Automates is (and isn't) today

"Andres Automates" is the public-facing name of the service operated by Andres Campos as a sole proprietor. Andres Automates is an early-stage product. The platform is being rolled out through demos and a limited pilot program, and features described on this site may be in active development, available only to pilot participants, or subject to change. We aim to describe the product honestly; where something is a preview or pilot capability, we say so.

3. No guaranteed business results

We work hard to help roofing companies convert more of their inbound leads, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular business outcome — including lead response rates, booked inspections, revenue, or return on marketing spend. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to send spam or messages without required consent;
• attempt to access another customer's data;
• probe, disable, or circumvent security or rate limits;
• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
• misrepresent your identity or authority to act for a business.

5. Intellectual property

The website, platform, and their content (excluding your data) are owned by Andres Automates and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them without permission. Your business's data remains yours.

6. Third-party services

The platform is built on third-party infrastructure (for example hosting, database, messaging, and AI providers). Their availability affects ours, and outages or changes in those services may affect the platform.

7. Disclaimers

The website and platform are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andres Automates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have paid nothing).

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the website or platform for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Demo and pilot participation may be ended by either side at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves and will change the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Andres Automates is currently operated by Andres Campos as a sole proprietor; this section will be updated if a separate legal entity is formed.
