Andres Automates ("we," "us") is operated by Andres Campos, sole proprietor, and provides lead-response and appointment-automation software for residential roofing companies. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the Andres Automates platform.

Two headlines before the details: we do not sell personal information, and mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through forms — such as your name, company name, email address, and phone number when you request a demo or contact us.
• Business contact information for roofing companies we work with — names, roles, work emails, and phone numbers of the business's team.
• Lead and contact information processed on behalf of our roofing-company customers — for example a homeowner's name, phone number, email, postal code, and the service they asked about.
• Message content, where applicable — the content of conversations conducted through the platform (for example SMS threads about a service request), so the service can actually work and the business has a record.
• Appointment information — requested and booked inspection times and related scheduling details.
• Technical and log data — such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and application logs used to keep the service secure and working. Our logs are designed to avoid storing credentials or unnecessary personal detail.

How we use information

• to respond to inquiries and demo requests you send us;
• to provide the platform to roofing companies: responding to their inbound leads, following up, qualifying, scheduling inspections, and recording activity;
• to send communications you have consented to receive (see our SMS consent page);
• to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service;
• to meet legal obligations, including honoring opt-outs.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform — for example cloud hosting, database infrastructure, messaging delivery, and AI processing providers. They process information only on our behalf, under agreements, to provide their service to us — not for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

SMS and consent

Text messages are sent only where the recipient has provided a phone number and the required consent. For any SMS program we operate:

• Message frequency may vary depending on your request and conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging data — including phone numbers and consent records — is used only to provide the requested communications and operate the platform.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out; opt-outs are recorded and enforced by software. Reply HELP for help.
• We do not use purchased, rented, or third-party marketing lists — we only message people who affirmatively opted in themselves.

Security

We take security seriously: data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by tenant so one roofing company can never see another's data, database access is governed by row-level security, and credentials are stored only as cryptographic hashes. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but security is designed in, not bolted on.

Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain accurate records (for example, records of SMS opt-outs must be kept to keep honoring them). Formal retention periods are still being finalized as an early-stage company; our systems are built so data can be deleted cleanly, and we will honor reasonable deletion requests.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any SMS to stop text messages immediately.
• Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@andresautomates.com, and we will respond to reasonable requests.

Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will update this policy as the product evolves and will change the "last updated" date above when we do.
